Adopting a retired racing greyhound

My husband and I always talked about getting a dog. i first heard about retired racing greyhounds from a youtuber that i follow. she had adopted one and after watching the temperament of the breed Jordan and i were convinced that it was the breed for us.
looking back the decision to start to process of adopting a retired racing greyhound was a little impulsive. it was a sunday morning when i realized that if i kept doing what i was doing, that is; just hoping for a dog, it would never happen. so that day i filled out the application and started the process. 2 months later we brought home the most beautiful, sweet, and loving greyhound. it proved to be the best decision we ever made.

this is Tommen. he is the perfect dog for us and more amazing than we could have hoped for.
